Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Work Location: Onsite at one of the following: Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi, or Metropolitan Hospitals

Job Description: The Call Center Representative will handle various customer service tasks related to scheduling clinic appointments for patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and rescheduling clinic appointments.
  • Making reminder calls to patients.
  • Answering customer inquiries related to clinic appointments.
  • Managing phone calls, using in-house paging systems, and making overhead announcements.
  • Performing other related tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

  • 1 year of call center experience.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages.
  • Proficient in answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Strong customer service skills, especially in responding to inquiries.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in payroll and timekeeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
