The Business System Analyst will act as Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as primary source for Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.
Skill/Job Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support role.
• Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
• Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features including user management, roles/profiles, permission, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, conditions rules, validations, business process and notifications.
• Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
• Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
• Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
• Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM preferred.
