1. Hands on Experience in Aspen Tech IP21, Process Explorer
2. Hands on experience on Graphics and OEE

4. Candidate must from Chemical Industry and ability to work on Process Engineers at the Manufacturing site ..this is critical.

Minimum experience of 8-10 years on MES (Manufacturing execution Systems) application AspenTech V9, V11, V12, V14.
2. Good experience in implementing the AspenTech for Chemical manufacturing environment
3. Experience in Aspentech AP (Aspen Plus ) to run complex calculations and thermodynamic models to predict physical and chemical properties of components throughout a process.
4. Having good knowledge on Data Historian AspenTech IP 21, APRM - Aspen Production Records Manager, APEM - Aspen Production Execution Manager (eBRS)
5. Have experience on AspenTech new implementation and upgrade/Migration projects from requirement gathering stage to qualification and final delivery
6. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Chemical manufacturing process, Life science and Health care
7. Experience on Microsoft SQL server is advantage
8. Knowledge on Computer Systems Validation, SDLC methodologies, 21CFR part 11, and cGMP including GAMP and EU Annex 11
9. Having experience on others MES applications like Siemens Op-center, Werum Client-X 3.1.8 is advantage
10. Understanding of one or more of the following functions in the processing industry: Supply Chain Management and Optimization, Manufacturing Execution System, Real Time/Historian database, Advanced Process Control, Process Engineering, or Asset Performance Management.
11. Familiarity with latest AspenTech tools & Versions
12. Knowledge on PI System integration with third party applications/tools
13. Knowledge on OSI PI Administration activities like monitoring the health of PI Server, Interfaces and modification of PI points, manual data upload in archive, PI server backup, tuning parameters e.t.c
14. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills to convert customer needs into comprehensive solution visions, value propositions and execution plans
15. Strong analytical and communication (oral, written) skills with the ability to grow into a trusted advisor.
