Job Description:

SCOPE: Lead efforts to enhance the quality of care and overall satisfaction of patients within our network of clinics.

FUNCTIONS:

  1. Development and implementation of strategies to improve patient engagement, managing feedback initiatives, and fostering a culture of patient-centered care among staff.
  2. Oversight of Guest Services.
  3. Supervision of the Centralized Call Center.
  4. Administration of Navigating Cancer Patient Management Platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on patient experience or quality improvement.

  1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence change.
