This unique opportunity is perfect for someone with at least 5 years of garage door industry experience, either in a leadership role or as an owner of their own company, who wants to partner with a fast-growing and supportive organization. We will offer: • Training and Support: One year of comprehensive training and support to learn the "Aaron Overhead Door way". • Ownership Opportunity: At the end of the training period, you will be awarded ownership of a new location. • Administrative Support: We handle the administrative tasks so you can focus on growth and operations. • Buying Power: Leverage our strong relationships with manufacturers for competitive pricing on parts, motors, and doors. • Leadership Training: Continuous leadership training to help you grow and succeed. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the garage door industry. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a new location following the Aaron Overhead Door way. • Collaborate with our team to understand our processes and standards over a one-year period. • Oversee daily field operations, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. • Utilize our extensive support network including marketing, HR, phone answering services, and legal assistance. • Benefit from our strong buying power for parts, motors, and doors from top manufacturers. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the garage door industry. • Proven leadership skills in managing teams and operations. • Strong ambition and drive to succeed in a competitive market. • Willingness to learn and adopt the "Aaron Overhead Door way". • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000
