Denver Last Mile Logistics DSP is a minority owned, local business with highly involved owners, delivering Amazon packages in the Denver area, located out of DDV5 at 2889 Himalaya Rd, Aurora CO, 80011. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated team players to deliver Amazon packages in a growing, team-oriented workplace.
Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on-time. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities depending on company needs.
Training is provided and no experience needed, all we're looking for is a positive attitude, adaptability and a willingness to work.
All shifts begin at 9:05 AM, and average 10 hours in length. However, end times vary from day to day.
There is no scheduled end time, drivers are expected to work until their daily assignments are completed.
We offer Full Time team members a variety of 4-day work weeks to choose from to best fit your schedule.
Baseline Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 21yrs of age to apply
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• Familiar and able to operate smartphone and GPS technology without aid
• Able to lift packages and bundles weighing up to 50lbs multiple times during a route and deliver at rate around 20-25 packages per hour.
• Able to climb stairs on a regular basis throughout the day
• Submit to a motor vehicle records check and drug screening
Our typical daily standard route consists of the following:
• 1,000 lbs of packages hand loaded and delivered with generally 130 - 200 stops
• 20 - 40 flights of stairs throughout apartment complexes or commercial buildings navigated
• 8 to 12 total miles of walking including load-out activities and delivering throughout the day
Duties and Responsibilities
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
