IT Support Specialist- D365

Job Summary

The position is part of the Outform Group’s Global IT department, this on-site position based in Union City, CA will be the primary ERP support for all manufacturing and operations. You will provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations. Key responsibilities include managing support tickets, resolving system problems, and enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a tier 2 tier 3 support team in a D365, or equivalent cloud-based ERP, operating environment
• Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
• Provide technical support to business and manufacturing end-users
• Assist with any technical tasks required of development testing prior to deployment in collaboration with the D365 Implementation Team
• Work closely with system users to solve daily issues and/or errors that are related to system hardware/software configuration needs, system enhancements, & post implementation support
• Escalate queries for development to business consultants as required
• Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues
• Troubleshooting and support of label printers, mobile computers, PCs, and tablets accessing D365

Qualifications

• Min. 3-5 years of support experience with D365
• ERP system experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment
• Ability to conduct functional testing, write and execute test scripts, and bug reports
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues with competing priorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience working with Power Apps
• Microsoft certifications in D365
• Available afterhours for system changes, updates, and troubleshooting
• This position is on-site in Union City, CA
