The position is located in the Parker, AZ area , near the beautiful Colorado River and just 40 miles from a variety of recreational activities in Lake Havasu.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise RN’s, Home Health Aides, and Social Workers in the Home health industry.
Oversee performance improvement , quality management plans, as well as the development of the department policies and procedures .
Coordinate interdisciplinary care to patients within their homes including but not limited to: nursing, home health aide services, and medical social work.
Minimum Requirements
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a Current RN License in the state of CA .
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- Current CPR certification and valid Driver’s License .
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in Home Health or Hospice care .
- Experienced in overseeing staffing needs, productivity, and development.
- Deep understanding of state and federal rules/regulations related to providing hospice services.
- Experience leading a team to provide clinical services to patients in their homes and/or hospice setting is a MUST .
