UX Strategist / Content

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a UX Strategist / Content for an opportunity with a client located in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Leading UX research and data analysis throughout web build projects
• Understanding client goals, core needs, KPIs, and challenges as we move through a website build
• Communicating with key stakeholders to determine strategic decisions around content
• Guiding website architecture and driving decision making around overall website structure
• Elevating user experiences in collaboration with design and development to evolve the user experience
• Building and/or adhering to data-driven research (SEO, user personas and user journeys)
• Assisting in strategic planning for information architecture, sitemapping, wireframing, and content development
• Post-launch analysis & optimization

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Excellent writer with extensive experience writing marketing collateral, internal communications, training and education materials
• Brand marketing experience and understands how to translate complex information into inspiring storytelling
• Experience writing short form and long form marketing collateral – and experience developing content strategies for integrated roll out plans
