Procurement & Logistics Specialist

Job Description:
We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join our team. Our goal is to ensure that all procurement processes are streamlined, efficient, and meet the specific needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement, logistics, and the use of quoting calculators within the Kaseya platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, ordering, and vendor management
• Use the Kaseya quoting calculator to generate accurate and timely quotes for products and services
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring all data is accurate in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement and logistics with project requirements
• Monitor shipments and handle logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Resolve any issues related to procurement, logistics, or vendor relations
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better deals with suppliers
• Prepare regular reports on procurement and logistics performance for management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics, ideally in an MSP environment
• Proficiency in using Kaseya quoting calculator or similar quoting tools
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and vendor negotiation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with IT hardware and software procurement
• Familiarity with MSP operations and tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or similar platforms
• Certifications related to procurement, supply chain, or IT asset management are a plus
