MES Technical Lead

We are looking for a MES Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will work with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications including design, software development, testing, and startup plant assistance to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to run successful workshops for understanding the current landscapes and define future landscapes.
• Derive functional requirements and convert them into solution roadmaps.
• Technical design and development on Traksys for MES functionalities.
• Understand MES user stories and come up with solutions in Traksys.
• Prepare demos to show to clients as part of deliverables.
• Configuration and customization of Traksys based on MES user stories.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience including relevant MES implementation experience.
• Hands-on technical experience in implementing MES systems like TrakSYS or any other MES system.
• Proven experience with cross-system Integration LIMS/Trackwise/JDA BY/PCS.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Enjoys working in teams and collaborative environments.
