General Summary : This position is responsible for executing sales strategy and initiating contact with existing and potential customers.
Major Responsibilities : include the following. List the job's most import functions and responsibilities.
  • Manage assigned accounts
  • Achieve sales goals while maintaining profitability goals.
  • Penetrate new markets.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Interpersonal interaction such as coaching, negotiating, selling, making group presentations.
  • Most decisions are made within company policy constraints, and some latitude exists. Decisions may impact others or the organization.
  • Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications face-to-face and in- group settings.
  • Job duties are somewhat varied, occasionally requiring conceptualizing, planning, and implementing.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in retail, sales, or related field.

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
