Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst for the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This position plays a key role in providing financial insights to the Commercial organization, specifically in the areas of revenue reporting and P&L management.

  • Serve as the financial support to areas of the Commercial Organization related to Net Sales and revenue reporting under the guidance of the Associate Director, FP&A
  • Assist Finance leadership and Senior Management colleagues in understanding sales performance and articulating performance drivers
  • Complete timely forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
  • Support the build of Product P&L and management reporting dashboards and present commentary on key variances to various Stakeholders
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with other members of the Finance organization to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote strong communication and efficient processes

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4+ years of FP&A and Financial Reporting experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Hyperion and/or other relational databases is a plus

Mental/Physical Requirements

Fast-paced environment, handling multiple demands. Must have a high level of initiative and independence. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Requires ability to use a personal computer for extended periods of time.
