A nationwide bank is hiring a branch manager in Kings Mountain, 28086. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position. Compensation is up to $140,000.00 + benefits and other incentives.

About the position: Managing the banking branch operations in our retail bank, providing quality leadership and setting high levels of accountability with team members. You will also provide business development leadership and management, primarily for inside business development. This role manages employees and leads daily responsibilities. Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with the community, providing exceptional client service while meeting the financial needs of our clients. Manage branch staff, including daily supervision, interviewing and hiring, mentoring and training, performance appraisals, career development, promotion and pay recommendations, and terminations of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree or commensurate work experience required (5+ years in banking leadership role).
NMLS required.
Knowledge of industry standards & regulations; FDIC, Mortgage Loan Origination, CDs, IRAs, Savings accounts & money markets, FICO scores, retail lending, wholesale lending, etc.
