TS/SCI Systems Engineer

Requirements:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience - OR no degree plus 10 years of experience - within VMware Systems Engineering
• Comfortable using VMware ESX and Horizon
• DoD 8570 compliance IAT Category Level II Certification (Sec+ or other)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• VCP Certification

Day to Day:

Insight Global is hiring a TS/SCI Systems Engineer to join our team 100% onsite at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, NE. This person will join a team to provide systems engineering on VMware systems including providing support on ESX and Horizon. Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing complex virtualized architecture systems
• Providing advanced support to IT systems where you are the solution provider
• Full lifecycle implementation from installs to deprecation
• Drafting and updating technical requirements, engineering documents, configuration documents, training manuals, and troubleshooting processes
