Job Summary: The Director of Training and Center Excellence will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across both corporate and franchise locations. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent, high-quality education and care standards across all centers. The Director will oversee the creation and execution of curricula, manage a team of trainers, and drive the company's commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Primary Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of all training programs for corporate and franchise locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Create a robust onboarding program for new employees and franchisees to ensure understanding and adherence to company and brand standards.
  • Establish ongoing professional development opportunities for all staff, including workshops, certifications, and advanced training programs.

Curriculum Development:

  • Lead the design, review, and continuous improvement of the company’s early childhood education curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest standards of educational excellence and aligns with company values.
  • Collaborate with educators and industry experts to incorporate the latest research and best practices into the curriculum.
  • Ensure curriculum consistency across all locations, while allowing for necessary adaptations to meet local regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of trainers and educational specialists responsible for delivering training across the company’s network.
  • Set performance goals for the training team and monitor progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Develop and implement standards for educational excellence and operational consistency across all centers.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of training programs and curriculum implementation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to franchise owners to help them meet and exceed company standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Serve as the key liaison between corporate headquarters, franchise owners, and individual centers to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Human Resources and Marketing, to support company-wide initiatives and drive business success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to report on training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in early childhood education and training methodologies.
  • Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive the company's commitment to being a leader in early childhood education through continuous improvement of training programs and educational offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or training role.
  • Experience working with both corporate and franchise operations is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs and curricula.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of early childhood education standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is encouraged but not required.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support training and center excellence initiatives across locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
