CDR Maguire, a national multi-disciplinary emergency management and health care firm, is seeking responsible and reliable individuals for our inventory team. Job duties include:Coordinating internal transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipmentsResponding to OIC inquiries and reaching out to vendors through the proper channelsReviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyMaking special shipping arrangements as necessaryTracking and fixing shipping errorsEnsuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standardsDeveloping processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organizedRequirementsCandidate must have good computer and multi-tasking skills.Candidate must have open availability and must have a valid State of Florida Driver's License (hours to be determined). This role involves travel.
