Dental Assistant
The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing dental care to patients in a public health setting. This position works under the supervision of a dentist and dental office manager and is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Driving the company vehicle to the scheduled facility
  • Preparing patients for dental procedures
  • Taking and developing dental X-rays
  • Chairside assisting the dentist or dental hygienist
  • Cleaning and polishing teeth
  • Applying fluoride treatments
  • Instructing patients on oral hygiene
  • Maintaining dental records
Dental Assistant Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience working in a dental setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • State Driver's License and clean driving record
Dental Assistant Benefits:
  • Rate: $25.00-$35.00/hr (very negotiable and based on experience and credentials)
