Job Description

Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity of computer services for users within the company. Provides hands-on expertise to internal and external clients as needed. Responsible for supervising IT staff and documenting policies/procedures related to technology used throughout the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  1. Perform supervisory responsibilities associated with IT staff, including employee-related issues.
  2. Develop, document, and enforce company policies as they relate to IT.
  3. Maintain the highest possible levels of systems continuity for all technology platforms.
  4. Manage 3rd party software programs.
  5. Research and implement new technologies as needed.
  6. Maintain good business relationships with internal/external clients/business partners.

  1. Able to work legally in the U.S.
  2. College degree preferred.
  3. Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, IIS, SQL, Interbase, data networks.
  4. Experience with industry-specific applications such as ATS, Concur, Sabre, Apollo.
  5. Knowledge of the requirements to maintain operations of all hardware and software platforms.
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  8. Ability to document policies, procedures, and training references.
  9. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  10. Able to read and understand Sabre and Apollo PNR, including PNR history.
