Role: Software Development

Duration: 5 months

Required Skills: COGNOS, TM1

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

1. Extensive experience with IBM Cognos TM1 and BI toolsets including hands-on work expertise with 10.2 - 10.2.2 versions.
2. Experience building budgeting and planning applications with TM1 Web and TM1 Applications web.
3. Experience with building complex Websheets and understanding/applying best practices, optimization for performance and end user experience.
4. Experience and proven ability to rapidly prototype TM1 solutions based on business requirements.
5. Working knowledge and good understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
6. Expertise with building complex rules feeders and TI processes.
7. Understanding of data warehousing, data structures, MDX, and SQL.

Major Duties:

1. Working on TM1 Design and Development at the functional and technical levels.
2. Solution Prototyping and application design - Developing complete solutions based on existing prototypes and business requirements.
3. Unit testing of all deliverables.
4. Data validation and analysis.
5. Defect management and issue troubleshooting.

EXPERIENCE: Candidate will be required to show at least 6 years of software development experience for the office of finance, of which at least 6 years of continuous uninterrupted experience exclusively with TM1.
