Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email using approved resources.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Process customer orders and provide documentation (COA/COC/PL/SOA) upon request.
- Manage Oracle Service Cloud incidents, tasks, and inquiries.
- Review product availability and update customers on order status.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and expedite urgent requests.
- Complete other tasks or special projects as assigned.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities with a positive, professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic Excel, MS Office proficiency; ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) is a plus.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage high-pressure tasks, multitask across systems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to frequent process changes and handle diverse customer service requests.
- Typing & Organization: Accurate, fast typing skills, excellent organization, and prioritization.
- Customer Engagement: Think beyond basic customer service, providing proactive solutions.
- Teamwork & Flexibility: Ability to work remotely with accountability and respond promptly to communication.
- High School diploma required; college degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience, ideally in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in pharmacy tech, medical device, or similar fields is beneficial.
- Remote Position: Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and minimal distractions required.
- Shift Flexibility: Start at the 9:30 AM - 6 PM CST shift; earlier shifts are offered based on seniority.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
