What You'll Do
The Support Advisor will collaborate with lead advisors and the service team to deliver white-glove client service. You will have strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with industry experience and a heart for service. Trust is a cornerstone of client relationships. You will be ethical and able to handle sensitive financial information timely and with the utmost confidentiality. If you are right for this position, you will help assist our advisors in managing their clients' financial planning needs while ensuring all tasks activities are completed.
You will not be focused on business development nor is the expectation to attend client meetings (unless specifically requested), but it will be a heavy client interactive role. You will be an important contributor to the team as it relates to assisting advisors service their clients at a high level. You will work with a team of Wealth Management Associates to ensure the proper coordination and handling of tasks on behalf of advisors and clients. This responsibility will allow you to field client-centric activities while advisors are in meetings and continuing to drive revenue. You will learn about our business with the potential of advancement into other areas, including being a lead advisor in the future. You will report to the Senior Wealth Advisor. #LI-Onsite

You may either be a senior-level Client Service Associate looking to take the next big step in their career or a non-producing financial advisor looking to partner with a team of producing advisors to manage their books. - Coordinate pre- and post-meeting communication with advisors to ensure they are prepared for client meetings and all action items are being completed after the meetings.
- Manage a team of associates to ensure meeting prep items are prepared and post meeting activities are being completed.
- Work with Director of Operations and advisors to create systems to prioritize, delegate to team members/departments or retain functions.
- Coordinate with client's accountants, Estate Planning attorney and other centers of influence to complete a client's Executive Action Plan and work with advisors and other team members to keep things on track.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our Financial Planning process.
- Complete and/or double check monthly and quarterly client reports.
- Serve as a back-up contact for service-related requests that come directly from clients which may include providing account information, processing forms, maintaining records, fund transfers, wires, online account access, account titling, and other service-related functions.
- Maintain a professional rapport with clients and the Presidio team by phone support, correspondence, and CRM notes.
- Obtain comfort and proficiency with our software, including client relationship management (CRM), DocuSign, MS Office suite, and custodial platforms.
- Comply with and become well-versed in industry rules and regulations and firm policies.

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of financial industry experience
- Current Series 65 or 66 or the ability to obtain the Series 65 within 6 months of hire
- CFP Designation or CPA Designation optional but not required
- Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Access to company-paid continuing education (for CPAs or Attorneys) and the potential to earn a CFP designation if desired.
