Our client, a highly diversified global investment manager, is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join their New York team. The ideal candidate posseses strong work experience in the financial services industry, with a background handling onboarding, sourcing candidates, and other HR administrative tasks. Advanced Excel skills, a proficiency with Workday, and excellent reporting skills are all characteristics that will allow a candidate to succeed in this role. * 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial or professional services
* Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
* High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems - especially Workday
* Excellent sense of discretion
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
* High sense of confidentiality dealing with sensitive documents
The salary range for this role is $85k-$100k.
Compensation Commensurate with experience.
