Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have manufacturing experience
We are looking for an Assembler 1 has the primary responsibility to assemble products per work instructions. This is an entry level position with training and support provided to ensure successful assembly of product.
This is a 9/80 schedule. Candidates will have every other Friday off. They will work 36 hours one week and 44 hours the next.
6am- 3:30pm
Core responsibilities are:
Read work instructions, verify work instructions match assignment. Learn new work instructions as required. Collect required materials from bins. Set up workstations per work instruction. Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed. Complete required training in a timely manner. Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested. Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required in work instructions. Verify work instructions match assignment
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. One to three months related experience and/or training. Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions. Ability to understand verbal work instructions. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)/color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships). Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer skills.
IPC soldering certification preferred; soldering skills required
Ability to read/write/communicate in English language

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $17.50-18.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
