**This Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Controller and will be responsible for accounts payable, data entry, special projects, and performing additional assignments as directed.**
Essential Job Duties:

  • Full cycle AP Process (200+ invoices per week), Bi-Weekly Check Run
  • GL Coding
  • Inventory reconciliation process
  • Month End entries
  • Differentiate and allocate invoices and costs between profit centers (classes)
  • Prepare special reports and complete other projects as directed
  • Prepare, document, and post Accounts Payable Invoices
  • Prepare, document, and post Credit Card Activity
  • Performing additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 Years Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
  • Skill in mathematical computations.
  • Have a general knowledge of office procedures, machines, computes, and accounting skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills is a must.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written, telephone and in person.
