**This Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Controller and will be responsible for accounts payable, data entry, special projects, and performing additional assignments as directed.**
Essential Job Duties:
- Full cycle AP Process (200+ invoices per week), Bi-Weekly Check Run
- GL Coding
- Inventory reconciliation process
- Month End entries
- Differentiate and allocate invoices and costs between profit centers (classes)
- Prepare special reports and complete other projects as directed
- Prepare, document, and post Accounts Payable Invoices
- Prepare, document, and post Credit Card Activity
- Performing additional assignments per supervisor's direction
- Minimum 1-2 Years Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
- Skill in mathematical computations.
- Have a general knowledge of office procedures, machines, computes, and accounting skills.
- Attention to detail and time management skills is a must.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively, written, telephone and in person.

Salary Description
$23 - $25 per hour
