Position Title: General Manager (GM)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
Location: Lake Tahoe AleWorX Reno, Nevada

We offer a unique dining experience with both indoor and outdoor seating options in the picturesque settings of Stateline and South Lake Tahoe.
Position Summary: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Lake Tahoe AleWorX, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and leading a team of dedicated employees. The GM will uphold the company's philosophy, policies, and procedures to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
As our AleWorX Reno GM, you will be responsible for overseeing 3 primary operational components: 1) Interior Restaurant 2) Roofdeck 3) Entertainment venue.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, and customer relations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage costs.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Ensure the dining environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage budgets.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
    • Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement:
    • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
    • Engage with the local community and build strong customer relationships.
    • Plan and execute events and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness.

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
