Remote Tax Associate

Intuit is looking for experienced Tax Associates to join our team for the upcoming tax season. If you have at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience, we want to hear from you. As a Remote Tax Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from home and collaborate with a dedicated team.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and delighting customers
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools

What You Need:

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

How You Will Lead:

• Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries
• Use state of the art video communication software to interact with customers
