Process credit card and cash donations through donor database. Create tribute accounts and attach appropriate family acknowledgment information. Set up matching gift donations and create matching gift pledge. * Database Maintenance- Maintain biographical constituent records with new information contained through donations, correspondence, and staff members. Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in database to assure data integrity. * Processing- Enter CCHMC donations into the donor database consisting of general donations, event donations, direct mail responses, corporate donations, major gifts, estate gifts, gift in kinds, payments on pledges and tribute donations, etc. Set up and create new gift batches. Process credit card and cash donations through donor database. Create tribute accounts and attach appropriate family acknowledgment information. Set up matching gift donations and create matching gift pledge. * Reporting- Generate constituent, mail lists, and financial reports for development staff. Provide business directors monthly financial donation reports. Perform daily financial gift reports for balancing bank statements with batch entry reports. Generate tax-receipt acknowledgements for all donors. Acknowledge family members of tribute gifts to CCHMC.
