Senior Solution Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant that will be responsible for working closely with Cornerstone's Sales Team and RVPs. The goal is to attract new customers, as well as, retain and expand existing customer relationships by matching our solutions to customer's business needs. It is essential that each Senior Solution Consultant is current on industry and product knowledge. Additionally, each Senior Solution Consultant is expected to work with the broader team to help relay knowledge and best practices.

In this role you will:

  1. Mentor and provide guidance to other Solution Consultants
  2. Handle difficult and challenging customer situations
  3. Demonstrate product functionality and clearly connect our value proposition
  4. Assist in aligning client's needs, goals, and objectives
  5. Understand clients' business environments
  6. Verbally and accurately communicate simple and complex solutions
  7. Transition accounts and communicate business requirements to project/implementation teams
  8. Stay aware of competitors' solutions and be able to position effectively against them
  9. Assist with RFP's/RFI's/RFQ's
  10. Communicate with the Solution Consultant team regarding best practices

Consideration for privacy and security obligations, and being the rockstar you are, will be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

You've got what it takes if you have:

  1. 5+ years of pre-sales experience
  2. In-depth knowledge and experience with Cornerstone or Saba Cloud
  3. Minimum of 3 years pre-sales experience in a software company with a focus on HCM and SAAS
