System One is currently seeking an Estimator for an industry-leading client in the Pittsburgh, PA area.Responsibilities:Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.Collaborating with contractors to evaluate risks, estimate timelines, and ensure projects stay within budget constraints set by clients.Preparing estimates of probable costs for labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts for the project based on quotations, schematic drawings and contract bids.#M1System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
