Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the jewelry industry and be skilled in managing production, staff, and processes. This role requires someone who can lead our ERP software implementation and create robust reporting and analytics within the business. As an integrator, you will work closely with the CEO to spearhead growth and ensure operational excellence.
