HCRS is seeking a strong, collaborative leader to oversee employment services in Windham County. The County Employment Team Lead supports innovation in employment services that will lead to high-quality outcomes and supports the DSPs in having the training and resources they need to be successful in their roles. Our ideal candidate will be someone who values person-centered services, collaborates effectively with individuals, community partners, and various team members, and is able to provide meaningful and effective supervision that supports growth and development.

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree and/or working on a degree plus 5 years of supported and inclusive employment experience
• 5 years of working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
