Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry in Chandler, AZ

**Job Description:**
- Must successfully pass a dysrhythmia exam with 2 maximum attempts within 48 hours of offer.
- Attend and pass Sim Lab on day one of orientation.
- Responsible for floating between all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units.
- May float to ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, observation areas, and other units as needed.
- Float between two campuses, 9 miles apart, with possible mid-shift floating.
- Notification of campus and unit assignment given 1.5 hours prior to shift start.
- Participate in floor-specific orientation for 2 days.
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3-4 with centralized telemetry monitoring.
- No pediatric patients; handle patients 15 years and older.
- Work with common diagnoses including post-cardiac and vascular procedures, neuro post-surgical, spine, CVA, and general Medical-Surgical cases.
- Available for shifts on weekends as required and must work 2 of 3 major holidays.
- Wear navy scrubs.
- Familiar with Cerner charting system.
- No IV team available; collaborate with house resources for difficult IV access.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures on patient care and safety.
