Position: Manufacturing Technician (CNC)
Location: Ellabell, GA
Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months)
Shifts: MUST HAVE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS!!
Shift: Training on Alpha Shift (M-Th 7a-530p , appx 2-6 weeks).

Bravo SHIFT: M-TH 830P-7A (10% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)
Charlie SHIFT: F, SA, SU 7A-7P (25% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)
Delta SHIFT: F, SA, SU 7P-7A (25% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)

What You'll Do:
  • Operate various machinery (mill, lathe, gun drill, etc.) within your designated area.
  • Follow operator work instructions, SOPs, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Load and unload raw materials in CNC machinery as per instructions.
  • Monitor machinery performance and address any abnormalities.
  • Inspect and test the quality of parts using precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and work surfaces to ensure optimal production conditions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and under general supervision.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of CNC experience or related manufacturing experience.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics, metrology, blueprint reading, and operator work instructions.
  • Manual dexterity to perform various job functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work varying shifts and demonstrate schedule flexibility.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and techniques.
  • Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
