As we continue to expand our client portfolio, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Client Services/Account Manager to join our team. This role is 100% onsite, contributing to a collaborative and vibrant work culture that values professionalism, growth, and a positive attitude.

Position Overview:

The Client Services/Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing high-end clients within a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in account management or client services, specifically within a similar corporate setting (non-retail), and possess hands-on experience in the cosmetic and personal care manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  2. High-Volume Environment Expertise: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  3. Cosmetic/Personal Care Experience: Utilize industry knowledge and experience to understand and meet client expectations in the cosmetic and personal care sector.
  4. Excel Proficiency: Leverage strong Excel skills to manage and analyze client data, track key performance indicators, and generate insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Onsite Presence: This role is 100% onsite, and the candidate should be ready to actively engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of corporate experience in the cosmetic/personal care manufacturing industry.
  2. Proven experience managing high-end clients.
  3. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting.
  4. Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Professionalism is paramount.
