Role Summary: As an Insurance Agent, you'll manage client relationships, handle day-to-day support, and focus on driving sales and retention. You'll work with clients to ensure satisfaction, acting as their main point of contact. We pride ourselves on customer experience, and you'll be a key player in helping us maintain that high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, endorsements, and retention.
- Service and retain client accounts across multiple carriers and programs.
- Provide continuous feedback to enhance processes and services.
- Handle renewals and day-to-day client support for personal insurance products.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer-facing service experience (insurance experience preferred).
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance license within 60 days of hire.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $50,000 plus quarterly performance bonuses (OTE of up to $80,000 in the first year).
