We are currently seeking a Field Merchandise Coordinator to work with our retail partners in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley. The Field Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, execution, driving sales, and elevating The Kasper Group brands in stores by providing a well-maintained, organized shopping environment and developing a strong relationship with the stores to execute and elevate our brand standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Merchandise all Kasper Group brands throughout all size zones following execution guides.
• Partner with the stores to ensure sale sets and markdown execution.
• Build relationships with store teams to drive sales by brand by store.
• Complete weekly Store Visit Recaps.
• Communicate floor moves, best sellers, slow sellers, stock, and sizing opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Interpersonal interactions such as coaching, negotiating, selling, and making group presentations.
• Ability to perform verbal and written communications face to face and in group settings.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications.
• Retail Math knowledge.
