SBA Lending Department Manager

As this exciting, growing company fills in the services and abilities products available for its customers, the bank now seeks to fill in the SBA lending team! The ideal candidate for this first role will have at least 10 years in the SBA loans department with a progressively growing clientele and career trajectory. People management skills are a plus as the goal is for you to add to the department over the next couple of years with YOU at the helm! Business development experience is a must and Sales leadership is strongly desired.

Requirements:
- 10 years experience with advanced SBA 7a and 504 loans
- $15MM in loans per year including pre-pandemic roll-out
- People management leadership inspiration
- Bachelors Degree
- Willingness to commute into the office(s) for daily work hours (as permitted by the state and local)
