Responsibilities
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy.
Requirements
- IN ORDER TO GET TO $19 PER HOUR, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO GET LICENSED. TIME FRAME TO GET LICENSED IS 2 WEEKS TO 2 MONTHS, DEPENDS ON THE INDIVIDUAL.
- IT IS A REQUIREMENT TO DO THE ASSESSMENT.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
