Job Description: As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and promoting our product offerings and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector by identifying key decision-makers, demonstrating TEWS’ value proposition, and creating new partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare and present product presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the service and administration team to ensure customers are happy.

Prepare sales proposals in line with company market strategy.

Prepare and keep current Salesforce pipeline.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5 plus years’ experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Completion of Predictive Index

Pass background, credit, drug, and knowledge base tests as determined by HR.
