RightWorks is partnered with multiple US Based & GLOBAL UHNW investment firms looking to execute multi-billion dollar AUM growth strategies over the next 12 to 18 months. While most roles are direct client-facing looking for UHNW hunters who want to build a $100+ million book over 12 months, there are some executive leadership roles for those who have led AUM Growth of $1 billion or more over their career. Our optimal candidates would fall under one of the following categories:
-US-based Wealth Advisors / Investment Advisors with a portable book of business between $30 million & 10+ billion. (Depending on size of book we have both W2 & 1099 opportunities).
-US-based Wealth Advsors / Investment Advisors who have directly led a ramp up of $100 million AUM over the last 18 months (even if that book may not portable).
-International English-Speaking Wealth Advisors / Investment Advisors with portable book in excess of $500 million.
Experience with High Net Worth (HNW / HNWI) or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW / UHNWI) strongly preferred. Clean FINRA reports required, Certifications with FINRA are a plus.
