CCIE Senior Network Engineer

CCIE is a Must preferred CCIE routers/switches.

Requirements

• 8+ years in network support and/or engineering roles, preferably enterprise level CCIE or equivalent certification.
• Extensive practical knowledge of all levels of the OSI network model.
• Experience with protocol analysis, Break Fix, and proficiency with protocol analyzer and debugging tools.
• Proven ability to work closely with and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with updating and creating technical documentation.
• Hands on experience with private cloud networking configurations and support.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Exemplary problem-solving skills.

Duties

• Diagnose and resolve network problems as they arise.
• Document problem resolution methods and procedures for knowledge base.
• Perform packet analysis when necessary.
• Mentor and educate operations networking staff.
• Interface with engineering and change management teams to document and peer review planned changes.
