**Job Summary:**
The Auto Body Collision General Manager will oversee all aspects of the collision repair facility's operations, ensuring a seamless workflow, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of auto body repair processes, and a commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operational Oversight:** Manage day-to-day operations of the collision center, ensuring the facility operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- **Customer Experience:** Enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing the service and repair processes, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring timely communication throughout the repair journey.

- **Financial Management:** Monitor financial performance, including profitability, budgeting, and cost control. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and identify opportunities for growth.

- **Quality Assurance:** Implement and adhere to quality control processes to ensure all repairs meet industry standards and are completed to the satisfaction of customers.

- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and compliance with industry standards.

- **Supplier and Partner Relations:** Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, parts suppliers, and other business partners to facilitate smooth operations and negotiate favorable terms.

- **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective strategies and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- **Training and Development:** Organize training programs for staff to enhance skill sets, promote best practices, and keep up with the latest industry advancements.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, automotive technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in the auto body repair industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, equipment, and technologies.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficient in using collision repair management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
