Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Reporting to CTO, you are responsible for:

  1. Oversee and lead software development with teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for commercial purposes.
  2. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
  3. Guide, instruct, and train software engineers and ensure efficiency and quality are achieved.
  4. Establish and enforce software development standards and framework by adopting industry best practices and industry quality standards relevant to the company's business.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum BSc degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, with experience in wireless communication systems and/or 5G IAB.
  2. Knowledge of C/C++ on Linux Kernel and Linux networking.
  3. Proven experience in leading the software development team and collaborating with contractors for successful delivery of projects.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, management, and leadership skills.
  5. At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with 1-3 at supervisory level preferred.
  6. A good command of English in both writing and verbal communication is important.
  7. The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Putonghua is a definite advantage.
