About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) plays a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and either partners with senior leadership (VP support or direct team leaders of C-Suite/Presidents) or supports multiple countries with varying compliance requirements to align human resources strategies with organizational goals. This senior-level position focuses on enhancing business performance through effective HR management, talent development, and organizational change while providing high-level guidance on complex HR issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Translate business priorities into effective HR plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Alignment of Objectives: Ensure that business objectives are clearly aligned with HR practices and employee performance goals.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to managers and employees; foster a culture of growth and development.
  • Employee Engagement Assessment: Analyze and evaluate factors affecting employee engagement and promote strategies to enhance it.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with business leaders to devise and implement change management strategies along with the necessary training materials.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive positive business outcomes.
  • Implementation of Initiatives: Partner with business teams to roll out HR initiatives that promote a people-first approach and an inclusive culture.
  • HR Consulting: Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to management, providing HR consulting and problem-solving support for complex issues.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize data and research to anticipate future HR needs and share pertinent insights with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including a minimum of 4 years in a Senior HRBP or strategic HR position.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
