We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist within the Molecular Diagnostics space to collaborate with a team of talented scientists and engineers in the development of devices to improve healthcare.
About you:
You are proficient in standard molecular biology techniques and have worked on novel molecular diagnostic development and validation. You are a collaborative team player and have experience working with RNA, DNA, virus, and bacterial cultures.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Write and execute protocols and work instructions.
- Work on problems that require significant technical creativity and/or novel approaches to solve complex problems.
- Interface with multi-disciplinary teams consisting of engineering, manufacturing, and clinical to develop and validate novel molecular assays.
- Mentor and guide junior scientists on the team, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
