Aviation Training Specialist

Description

We are looking for an Aviation Training Specialist to support FAA Air Traffic Office (AJI) customers. As the subject matter expert, you will ensure the technical accuracy of training products, compliance with new training requirements, and maintain currency of technical information.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, assessing, and reviewing technical training products and programs for FAA/AJI customers.
• Provide analytical feedback on various technical training materials and evaluation methodologies.
• Work with the development team to gather information and prepare training programs based on customer and technical requirements.

Basic Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of FAA Air Traffic Control (ATC) En Route experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Suitability approved by the FAA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERAM systems and SGET.
• Experience as an ATC instructor and OJTI facilitator.
