Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As an Accounting Clerk, you will review deal paperwork and verify data between documentation and the computer system. You'll communicate professionally with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies, maintain inventory reserve accounts, and post sales commissions for all sales associates. Additionally, you'll be responsible for entering daily check deposits, occasionally traveling to the back for cash deposits, and ensuring all payment information is recorded accurately. You will need to perform these tasks with a strong attention to detail while prioritizing and managing time effectively.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Accuracy with 10-keypad and strong typing skills
