Inside Sales Account Manager

NOW HIRING for an Inside Sales / Account Manager in the South Charlotte area.

Candidates with experience with outside sales and end user support are encouraged to apply!

Salary is $46K-$50K depending on experience + yearly bonuses.

Hybrid options are available after training.

Candidates MUST have working knowledge of a CRM system. SAGE CRM would be most beneficial

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Support customers on any concerns, questions and orders
• Enter and process incoming purchase orders
• Provide quotes to customers based on customer needs
• Documentation of all customer interaction
• Answering phones and emails in timely manner
• All other duties as needed
