Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Shift IT Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software.
• Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed.
• Troubleshooting user issues and resolving them promptly.
• Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
• Adapting to changing environments and learning new technologies.
• Following directions and being open to continuous learning.
• Lifting and moving equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
